Suffolk also managed the preconstruction and construction services for the 3.2 million square foot Encore Boston Harbor, America's first five-star urban gaming resort, the Agua Caliente Casino Resort and Spa in Rancho Mirage, California, and the Chicken Ranch Casino Resort in Jamestown, California. The high-rise project includes more than 2 million square feet across 36 floors of hotel rooms and spaces including luxurious villas, a casino area and a 6,500-seat entertainment venue. With more than $5 billion and 10 million square feet in casino and hotel projects completed to date, Suffolk's Gaming Center of Excellence has managed construction for some of the most iconic hotel and casino properties across the country, including the groundbreaking 450-foot guitar-shaped Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood.
